Korean actress and singer Sulli is commemorated a year after her sudden passing last year.
October 14 marks the first anniversary of Sulli's death and her family, fans, and colleagues brought light to her memory.
Sulli's brother Choi Dae-hee paid respect to his younger sister through an emotional letter posted on Instagram translated by Korean media.
"It feels good to think about seeing you after a long time. I'm sorry. I should've gone to see you more often. We should've fought like we used to back in the day. It's really annoying. I'm angry and sad. My family is doing well, so don't worry and just stay well in heaven. I miss you so much. I love you."
In September 2020, Sulli's mother appeared in a TV interview for MBC Network to share her regret over her daughter's passing.
"She must have been so lonely…and it pains me to have found out when it was too late. I should've apologized for being late in attending to her. I desperately want to make up for lost time, if only I could do it over again."
