Kapuso star Jennylyn Mercado happily announced this special milestone in a Facebook post she posted last Tuesday, October 20.

Jen's fans greeted the news with cheers, sending their congratulations to the singer-actress for the achievement.

To date, Jen's post has gathered 191 likes, more than 3,000 comments, and 541 shares.

In terms of page likes, Jennylyn currently sits at number 14 in the list of Filipino celebrities with the most number of audiences on Facebook according to the Prague-based social media marketing company, Socialbakers.

Fellow Kapuso actress Marian Rivera occupies the top spot overall with 19,232,831 fans. Other GMA-7 stars on the list are Cristine Reyes (no. 10), Iya Villania (no. 19), and Maine Mendoza (no. 20).
