Golden Canedo Aicelle Santos Christian Bautista and Mark Bautista


Several Kapuso stars including Aicelle Santos, Christian Bautista, Mark Bautista, Donita Nose, Golden Cañedo, and Jeremiah Tiangco earn nominations at the 33rd Aliw Awards.

Several Kapuso stars and personalities have been nominated at the prestigious 33rd Aliw Awards, which will be held at the Fiesta Pavilion of The Manila Hotel on December 8.

Golden Cañedo has two nominations in categories Best Female Performance in a Concert and Best New Artist.

Golden is not the only Kapuso artist vying for the spot the Best New Artist as Jeremiah Tiangco also received a nod in the said category.

Donita Nose is nominated for Best Stand-up Comedian while Wowowin director Paolo Valenciano earned a spot in the Best Stage Musical Director for a Musical category for “Joseph The Dreamer.”

Meanwhile, “1 FOR 3” concert landed three nominations as Paolo was nominated in Best Concert Stage Director category, Centerstage judge Mel Villena for Best Musical Director for a Concert, and Christian Bautista, Aicelle Santos, and Mark Bautista for Best Collaboration in a Concert.

Pops Fernandez and Martin Nievera's “Two-gether Again” is also nominated for Best Collaboration in a Concert.

The annual Aliw Awards acknowledges the best Filipino talents and their achievements, as well as their exceptional contribution to the entertainment industry.

The 33rd Aliw Awards will be held at the Fiesta Pavilion of The Manila Hotel on December 8.
