1. When is the event?

Alden's Reality will stream on:

2. Where can I watch it?

After successfully purchasing your e-ticket, you will be given instructions thru your registered email on how and where to watch the online show.

3. Where can I buy tickets?

You can get your tickets at www.gmanetwork.com/synergy and by following the steps in this video.

4. How much is the ticket?

General Admission tickets are priced at Php 999.00 (few tickets left)
VIP tickets are priced at Php 1,200.00 (sold out)

5. What are the ticket categories?

General Admission gives you access to the online show
VIP gives you access to the online show and a LIMITED premium GMA Pocket 360 VR device (for Philippine residents only)

6. How can I get the limited premium GMA Pocket 360 VR device?

After purchasing the VIP ticket, GMA shall contact you via your registered email to coordinate the shipment of your LIMITED premium GMA Pocket 360 VR device.

7. Do I need to pay for the shipping fee of the VR device?

No. The price for the VIP ticket already covers the shipping cost of the device.

8. What if I live outside of the Philippines?

You will still be able to watch the show. However, the VIP ticket is only limited to those who live in the Philippines.

9. Do I need to pay in peso?

Yes, ticket prices are in Philippine Peso.

10. How long can I access the event?

You have 1 hour and 30 mins. to watch the online show. Your e-ticket will expire afterward.

TICKET PURCHASE

1. Can I buy a ticket at any time of the day?

Yes, as long as there are still available tickets, you can purchase your tickets on www.gmanetwork.com/synergy.

2. How many tickets can I buy per transaction?

Only one ticket per transaction. You may buy again if you wish to order another ticket.

3. What are the payment options available for purchasing tickets?

Online: Credit Card/Debit Card, PayPal, GCash, UnionBank online, and GrabPay

Cash/Over-The-Counter (OTC): ECPay, 7-Eleven, M Lhuillier, and Cebuana Lhuillier

4. I ordered a ticket, what do I do next?

If you opted for an Over-The-Counter (OTC) payment option, you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions. You have 24 hours to pay for your ticket, otherwise your reservation will lapse and your reserved ticket/s will return to the inventory.

If you opted for an online payment option, you would have already received your e-ticket on your registered e-mail and it should also become available on your www.gmanetwork.com/synergy account profile.

5. I chose OTC payment option and I haven't received the payment instructions yet. What should I do next?

As the payment instructions are coming from our outsourced payment gateway, kindly wait for the payment instructions on your registered e-mail. Alternatively, if you were able to write down the reference code of your desired Over-The-Counter Payment Method, you may use this when you go to the outlet to pay for your ticket. (Note: This number is not the Order Reference Number but the Over-The-Counter reference number).

6. When can I expect to get my E-Ticket?

Real time: ECPay, PayPal, GCash, UnionBank, M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, Visa and Mastercard credit/debit card

Within 20 Minutes after OTC payment: 7-Eleven

You will find your e-ticket/s in your registered e-mail and on your profile on the website.

7. How much time do I have to finalize my ticket?

From ticket selection to check out, you are given 10 minutes. For over the counter payments, your tickets are reserved for 24 hours. If not paid within the 24-hour window, the ticket order will be canceled.

8. Do I need to print the tickets once I receive them?

No. The order reference number on the e-ticket is enough to access the online event.

9. Can I make multiple copies of my e-ticket?

Only one copy of the e-ticket will be accepted by the password-protected web player.

10. Are there Student/Senior Citizen/Diplomat Discounts?

Currently, special discounts are not accepted as the ticket buyer must present the physical ID to claim the discounts.

11. How can I reach your customer service representative

CONCERT ACCESS

1. What do I need to get access to the online event?

Your e-ticket contains notes on how to get access to Alden's Reality: The Virtual Concert. You will need the following:

STREAM/VIDEO LINK - this will be sent to your registered e-mail address 5 days before the event.

PASSCODE - the passcode for the event is the order reference number on your e-ticket.

Please note that the link will only be active on the scheduled screening. If you enter the passcode before your scheduled screening, an invalid link error prompt will appear.

2. Can I share my passcode?

No. Sharing your passcode will kick you out of the stream.

3. What should I do if I experience any technical issues?

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS

HOW TO ENJOY YOUR AR EXPERIENCE:

1. For optimal experience, we recommend the audience to use a VR device and headphones. In the absence of a VR device, you may move the screen by swiping (or using a mouse) on your preferred view. Please make sure you have a stable connection for a better viewing experience.
2. You will be able to watch the whole duration of the show as long as you are able to open the stream/video link within the allotted timeslot for the ticket you purchased.
3. For security measures, please make sure that you do not share your unique link and passcode with anyone, otherwise, you will be bumped-off from the show.
4. There are other available screening times, please do not spoil the show for the benefit of those who will watch after you.
5. Make sure your cozy viewing nook and online set-up are ready 15 minutes before the show. The virtual concert will start on time.
