He says, “Ang difference po nito than from being in a live concert, lahat po is in the front row of the show. So, malapit na malapit po nila akong makikita. They can really look around the set. Kung ano po 'yung typical virtual reality experience, we're giving it to them in a form of a concert po.

“It's a 360 [degree] experience. Ito po 'yung first dito sa Philippines, so I'm sure it's gonna be a whole new, great experience for all the ticket buyers.”

He shares, “It's gonna be a date like a one-on-one experience. That's how I address the audience there eh. It's not 'sa inyo, para sa inyong lahat.' It's not like that. It's always about you. I'll be speaking directly to you, hindi 'yung sa lahat ng nanonood. It's always the second person. Kung sino nanonood, siya 'yung kausap ko at the moment. Sa 'yo ako sasayaw, sa 'yo ako makikipag-usap. That will be the experience at the virtual reality concert.”

Viewers who scored the VIP ticket gets another special treat as their purchase comes with a limited edition VR device especially produced for 'Alden's Reality.' Aside from allowing viewers to step into Alden's world, the VR goggles is a memento of its own.

The exclusive VR device for Alden's concert is produced by HongKong-based company I AM Cardboard. It is Google-certified and it is compatible with android and iOS smartphones. It is also designed to be collapsible for portability and it comes with a protective slip case.

While people can enjoy the full concert experience with the VR device, those who are buying the general admission tickets may still explore Alden's world by moving the direction or orientation of their devices or by clicking and dragging the cursor around when using a laptop or desktop.

4. Debut performance of “Goin' Crazy”

Viewers of 'Alden's Reality' will also be the first to hear and watch Alden's performance of his latest single titled “Goin' Crazy.”

Alden's song will make its debut at the concert, and it will only be available for download and streaming on December 9.

Moreover, the Asia's Multimedia Star claims that “Goin' Crazy” makes it to his favorite personal releases.

He says, “It's my first single na may song and dance prod. I'd really like to say isa 'yung sa linu-look forward ko rin na makita nila kasi it's one of my favorites. Kasi nung nag-start 'yung recording and na-perform ko siya, sabi ko, 'Ang ganda naman ng single na 'to.' Parang sobrang chill lang and sobrang worth my time.

To further excite you, he talks about its theme in depth, saying, “It's a song na may kinalaman sa quarantine. It's very timely din at the same time na parang you want to be with this person but you really can't right now so you just have to wait. So, given the current circumstance, I'm going crazy because of this quarantine but nevertheless, I'm still going crazy for you. Parang ganun.”

Ten years is a good length of stay in showbiz but if you think you've seen everything about Alden, he is just about to prove you wrong in 'Alden's Reality.'

According to Alden, he has poured out his heart and soul to offer something refreshing and new to his audiences.

He tells, “Siyempre po ako, personally as a performer, ayaw din naman natin na kung ano 'yung nakita na nila is 'yun din 'yung makikita nila nang paulit-ulit. So, it was a conscious effort for me to really improve my performances in the art of dancing and singing. So, parang hindi naman sila, [hindi] masabi naman nila na 'Yan na 'yung dance step ni Alden nun eh.' Para hindi lang po nakakasawang panoorin.”

6. Alden's impeccable acting

You are sure to witness Alden sing and dance at 'Alden's Reality' but he celebrates his being an actor, too! In fact, he has a few tricks up his sleeves in his performances at his concert.

He teases, saying, “Abangan n'yo 'yan. Abangan n'yo 'yan.”

'Alden's Reality' is a celebration of Alden's 10 years in showbiz so viewers can expect major throwback moments. It is also an audio-visual interpretation of his self-authored book 'In My Own Words'.

Alden confirms, “Everything that you will see in the concert is kung ano 'yung pinagdaanan ko all throughout the ten years. It's a bit like a flashback, actually.”

He adds, “Yes, there will be special participations of those special people. Ang dami kasi, e, doon sa 10 years. Parang sobrang daming tao ang gusto kong pasalamatan but really 'yung iba will be a part of it. A few of them will be a part of it so makikita natin sila doon.”

8. Tribute to his fans, friends, and family

The main reason Alden has been determined to mount a showbiz celebration despite the threats of COVID-19 is to honor the people who have supported him through the highs and lows of his career.

Alden says, “Sabi ko parang hindi naman yata pwedeng palagpasin natin 'yung 10th anniversary nang wala tayong naibibigay in return to the people who have supported us, who gave me love and support unconditionally. And you know, kung hindi dahil sa kanila, I'm not gonna be here. I'm not gonna be celebrating this momentous event in my career.”

He claims, “Ang sarap sa pakiramdam na nabigyang honor 'yung idea mo and kung ano 'yung gusto mong gawin. I guess that's really the secret in creating a good concert and a good show. It's to really involve the artist or the performer sa show as opposed to just giving him or her na 'Ito gawin mo.' Kasi makikita po 'yun sa performance eh na hindi talaga full-out.

“I'm just really proud of our work. I'm really confident that we are gonna be able to showcase something new to the audience. Hindi po mapapahiya 'yung everyone who's behind this project.
