Kapuso couple Joyce Pring and Juancho Triviño have announced that they are expecting their first child in GMA's morning show Unang Hirit earlier today, February 9.

During their interview, Joyce flaunted her growing baby bump on-air and revealed that her husband, Juancho, had become emotional when she shared the great news.

She said, “Actually, gusto namin kayong i-surprise today as a family kasi 'yung mga family namin talagang sinurprise namin and ako sinurprise ko rin si Juancho on our anniversary dinner, so iyak nang iyak si Juancho.”

The Kapuso actor confirmed the statement and even recalled how he found out.

“Oo, actually parang [it is a] whirlwind of emotion nga pero isa sa mga best feeling na naramdaman ko in life,” he said.

“Parang, it was a special dinner date at nag-'Unang Hirt' pa ako nu'n nung umaga, tapos nung nag-uusap na lang kami, sabi n'ya, 'May surprise ako sa'yo.'

“So binigay n'ya sa akin 'yung pregnancy test tapos ayun, parang na-shook ako, e.”

Over on their Instagram accounts, Joyce and Juancho also confirmed the pregnancy news with a set of creative shots to celebrate Joyce's pregnancy.

“From #JuanChoyce to #BabyNumberJuan…” she began in the caption.

“From #TheTrivinios to now becoming #TheTHREEvinios. Fam, we're excited to share with you all the news… we're going to have our own #BundleofJoyth, and he or she is ready to say hello this 2021!”

The baby news comes after the couple marked their first wedding anniversary today, February 9.

In an emotional post, Joyce recalled how despite her first year of marriage was not “perfect,” she never regrets it one bit and would choose Juancho over and over again.

She said, “Our relationship isn't perfect, and our first year of married life certainly wasn't easy.

“So many moments that challenged us pushed me to ask these questions. But with every huge fight, every thrown inanimate object out of frustration, every sleepless night tossing lonely in our bed, came a lesson, a blessing, a stretching, a sanctification - that drew us closer to God and closer to each other.”

She added, “I have never met a married couple who told us it'd be easy. Some even said 'sure ba kayo?!' in their most discouraging tone.

“But after one year, I can honestly say that yes, may mga araw po na hindi kami sure kung alam namin 'tong ginagawa namin, pero isang bagay ang sigurado ako: pipiliin ko si Juancho, a million times over - to marry him, choose him, love him, take care of him, annoy him, be quarantined with him, do life with him and no one else - because I know he is God's best for me, and I for him. Even on the hardest days - ESPECIALLY on the hard days - I knew I made the right choice.

“Happy one year to us, my baby Baba babu love honey sweetheart handsome husband @juanchotrivino. You're my life's best YES, second only to Jesus.”
