NCT sub-unit NCT 127 has just released the music video for their latest Japanese track titled “gimme gimme,” a progressive hip-hop number that talks about a guy's overpowering feeling of love to the point of addiction.

The lyrics go, “Gimme gimme ooh! / Baby an uncontrollable trauma / I'm going crazy, it's addicting / Hey, gimme gimme your love / Dazzling, I can't stop it / Gimme, gimme.”

In the 3-minute clip, NCT members Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark, and Haechan looked sleek as they wore their ensembles while doing their high-intensity choreography as they sing along to the track.

“gimme gimme” is the title track of NCT 127's forthcoming Japanese EP titled “Loveholic.”

The album will consist of six tracks, namely “gimme gimme,” “Lipstick,” “First Love,” “Chica Bom Bom,” “Right Now,” and their hit “Kick It” from their second regular Korean album “Hero.”

Before the release of the EP, the South Korean pop boy group already gave fans a taste of what's to come with the release of the track “First Love,” an old school RnB track that talks about the feelings of a boy during his first date with the woman he loves.

The pre-release track was shared globally on January 27, a special date that represented the group as the day bore the numbers 1, 2, and 7, as a gift to their adoring fans worldwide.

Aside from the release of “gimme gimme,” NCT 127 is gearing up to showcase the track's performance version in the Japanese TBS music program 'CDTV Live!'

“Loveholic” will be released on Wednesday, February 17. This is the first time the K-pop boy group will be putting out a new Japanese album in two years since “Awaken,” their first full-length album in the country.

It is reported that the record will be available in 7 different versions and will include varied bonus items such as an NCT 127 teddy bear, pin badges, photo cards, posters, and so much more.

NCT, or Neo Culture Technology, made headlines last year after they were able to bring together all 23 singers from their five subgroups -- NCT U, NCT 127, NCT Dream, NCT 2018, and WayV -- to work on their albums “NCT 2020 Resonance Pt. 1” and “NCT 2020 Resonance Pt. 2.”

Their single and music video for “Resonance” marked the finale for their full album as it combined the many singles of the boy group, namely “Make A Wish (Birthday Song),” “'90s Love,” “Work It,” and “Raise the Roof.”
