GMA News TV, magiging GTV na!

By Dianara Alegre

“This is also to addressed the need of the audience for variety because we've been noticing that our audience given these times are looking for more content, different content, and new content,” pahayag ni Atty. Annete Gozon-Valdes, President of GMA Films, Inc. at Programming Consultant to the Chairman and CEO.

Mananatili pa rin sa ikalawang free to air channel ng GMA Network ang mga paboritong News and Public Affairs show na Super Radyo DZBB 594KHZ, Balitanghali, State of the Nation at ang simulcast ng flagship news program ng GMA na 24 Oras.

“News has still a very very important place in the programming of GTV. We have the simulcast of '24 Oras' and on late prime we have 'State of the Nation' with Atom Araullo and Maki Pulido.

"We launched them just this January and the show was doing very well. We do not lack for the news content on the new GTV. No worries,” lahad ni Nessa Valdellon, First Vice President for Public Affairs.

Aaliwin din kayo ng mga programang My Fantastic Pag-ibig, Game of the Gens at Farm to Table.

Paparating na rin ang shows na Heartful Café, Love You Stranger at Flex.

Nanatili rin ang lifestyle programs na In Real Life at Taste Buddies.

“Because we're adding a number of new shows pa, the local dramas that's being produced by Public Affairs and by Entertainment, there are a lot of things to look forward to for our audience,” lahad ni Gigi Santiago-Lara, Senior Assistant Vice President for Alternative Productions.

“We're allocating actually ample air time for a sports block on GTV where we will air various NCAA games and in the future other high-quality sports content. We are open but for now, for Season '96 we'd like to concentrate on our partnership with the NCAA,” pahayag ni Oliver Amoroso, First Vice President at Head of Regional TV and Synergy.

Mapapanood ang GTV sa free to air TV, Cable, GMA Affordabox, GMA Now, at iba pang digital receivers.
