Eat Bulaga host and award-winning movie actor Paolo Ballesteros is giving his all to help Binibining Pilipinas candidate Honey Cartasano in bagging the elusive crown.

Recently, Paolo shared on Instagram his one-on-one runway walk session with Honey, which captured the attention of netizens.

The short video clip has been viewed over 420,000 times and netizens even teased Paolo that he should compete in Binibining Pilipinas, too.

Beauty pageant contestant Honey Cartasano has only kind words for the talented Dabarkad for supporting her in achieving her dreams.

In fact, she revealed that Paolo is the creative genius behind her national costume for Binibining Pilipinas last November.

She wrote, “For now I just want to thank the person behind my national costume @pochoy_29! Thank you so much for the opportunity to wear another masterpiece showcasing one of our province's BIG and colorful festival.”

Paolo has proven before that he has the eye to determine if someone has what it takes to win in a national pageant.

Back in 2014, the Eat Bulaga mainstay encouraged co-host Valerie Weigmann to compete in a pageant. The rest is history as they say, since Valerie was successful in her bid to capture the Miss World Philippines title.

Valerie told GMANetwork.com “He always told me [to join] like when I was working as an on-the-job trainee. He already told me, 'Val, try mo naman. Sayang kasi rin [if] you never try joining a pageant. So try to gain an experience out of it.'

“[He told me], 'go in with the attitude [na] win or lose, at least you already have the experience and [it's] also something to share, not only with the people around you but also for your future kids so you should try it habang you're young.'”
