Love, betrayal and revenge take centerstage in BROKEN VOW

Premiering February 6, Broken Vow brings to afternoon viewers the tremendous dramatic talents of - Bianca King as Melissa Santiago, a simple provincial lass about to marry her life-long sweetheart, Gabby Eigenmann as Roberto Sebastian, a budding politician destined to marry the woman of his dreams, Luis Alandy as Felix Rastro, the guy who will help Melissa survive her horrific ordeal, Rochelle Pangilinan as Rebecca Sta. Maria, the scorned ex-girlfriend of Roberto who will do anything to win him back, - as they headline the newest Kapuso drama about love, treachery, sacrifice, and vengeance.
Completing the powerhouse cast are Marco Alcaraz as Police Officer Michael Pascual, the investigator in charge of the crime committed to Melissa , Juan Rodrigo as Mayor Lucio Sebastian, Roberto's kind-hearted father, Carmi Martin as Rosanna, Roberto's scheming mother, Matet de Leon as Amy, Melissa's loyal bestfriend, Jace Flores as Kenneth, Felix's trusted friend, Pancho Magno as Rico, Roberto's confidant, Lou Sison as Sheila, Rebecca's bestfriend who will become Mayor Sebastian's mistress, Melissa Mendez as Amor, Melissa's doting mother, Kryshee Grencia as Eva, Melissa's daughter and Ms. Celia Rodriguez as Doña Ofelia, Felix's authoritative aunt.
The series tells the story of Melissa, an attractive and street-smart woman who becomes the apple of the eye of Roberto, a rich councilor who falls madly in love with the unpretentious probinsyana. Despite the extreme difference in their lifestyles, the two manage to keep their relationship strong and even plan to settle down together.
But the couple's fairytale romance is suddenly jeopardized when Melissa encounters a horrifying experience. One night on her way home from work, a group of men, abducts her. Held hostage at an unknown location, Melissa is brutally drugged and raped .To make matters even worse, she did not recognize the identity of her rapist.
News about Melissa's misfortune has spread like wildfire in their town and it dragged Roberto's family into an unpleasant scandal. In spite of the big controversy on his soon-to-be-wife, Roberto stands by Melissa and vows to marry her.
But on the eve of their wedding, Melissa collapses and Roberto discovers she is pregnant. Devastated upon learning the truth, Roberto changes his mind and dumps Melissa on the day of their wedding.
With her perfect world turned into a nightmare, Melissa tried to jump off a bridge and end her life, only to be rescued by Felix. Regardless of her apprehension towards his kindness and concern, Felix is bent on winning her trust. Soon, Melissa falls for Felix, who loved her and her daughter Eva.
