Heart Evangelista continues to shoot down claims that she had rhinoplasty in the past.
In a series of tweets, Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista is warning her fans about doctors who claim that they did her nose.
The statement came after the 36-year-old came in contact with a fan who said that a doctor who will perform rhinoplasty on a fan declared making Heart's nose.
“The doctor who did Heart Evangelista's nose is going to do mine. I am so EXCITED,” the netizen wrote in a now-deleted tweet.
In response to the allegations, the I Left My Heart in Sorsogon star urged the fan to tell her the doctor's name and advised her to “sue him for lying.”
“Who is this doctor because I can actually tell him I didn't do my nose and he is lying to you. Please give me the name. You can actually sue him for lying to you,” Heart tweeted.
She continued, “To anyone who claimed the same to you, please message me their names. This is horribly wrong. To lie to you about this is just so wrong.
“I'd rather a rumor than someone actually claiming they did my nose (I did not).”

In another post, Heart continued to shoot down any false rumors accusing her of having any procedure done on her face, adding that if she did, she will refer someone who is good.
“To anyone out there who wishes to get cosmetic surgery -- I am for making yourself a better version, but DO NOT BELIEVE if they said they did my face -- for the record, I didn't,” she said.
“[Probably] when I'm older and 'di na kaya tiisin, I don't mind doing some procedures and I will refer [someone] who is good.”

This is not the first time the Kapuso actress denied claims that she's gone under the knife to look the way she does today.
She wrote in IG Stories back in October, “I have never done anything to my face. My eyes, nose, etc., were made by God, I swear. I have nothing against it. In fact, I am for it if ikagaganda mo.
“I just hate the idea that some people think I am lying. I also scar very bad so that freaks me out -- knowing when I'm much, much older, how will I do some work?”
