On Sunday, May 2, SHINee's Taemin delivered back-to-back performances that left his audiences in awe as he proved he is unbeatable when it comes to his solo performances.

Titled 'BEYOND LIVE-Taemin: Never Gonna Dance Again,' the online concert was a testament to the K-pop idol's powerful stage presence as he performed his greatest hits with an artistic flair that only he can deliver with the help of his mind-bending stage design and outstanding choreographers.

The setlist includes “Think of You,” “Sexuality,” “Criminal,” “IDEA,” “Heaven,” “Move,” “Want,” and so much more.

The almost two-hour concert also showcased how far Taemin has come in terms of his musical career -- both as a soloist and a SHINee member -- as a special VCR was aired, proving that he is, indeed, the idol's idol.

Included in the VCR is a snippet of the 27-year-old's upcoming single from his third solo mini-album, which will bear the title “Advice.”

Following the video, the idol quickly performed the album's title track, putting his fans into a frenzy.

He also interacted with fans to discuss his performances and upcoming projects before he enlists in the military.

He said, “I see a lot of comments. It's embarrassing, but those are there. [I see] 'Lee Tae-min is god, not human' and 'You are the genre: Tae-pop.'”

Talking about “Advice,” he explained, “'Advice' will be the new song I'll be promoting this month. You'll get to see a new character with the styling and everything. I'm very excited, too.”

Compared to the earlier performances, which were danceable tunes, Taemin's encore performance is a complete 180 as he performed his ballads “I'm Crying” and “Snow Flower” -- setting the tone for SHAWOLs and Taemints before he said his goodbye.

He said, “Thank you for watching me for 14 years. Please continue to be with me in the future.

“Please stay by my side and be my forever partners, okay?”

Taemin will be entering the military starting May 31. He is the fourth and last member of SHINee to enlist. According to sources, he is expected to enlist as part of the military band, which was attended by his bandmate Key in 2019.

Fans can expect an upcoming mini-album from the K-pop idol, which will be released on May 18, 2021, as confirmed by SM Entertainment after releasing his teaser poster.

Fans who are able to purchase the Beyond Live concert can rewatch the airing of his performances on May 16, 2021, at 10 a.m., and May 17, 2021, at 7 p.m. Philippine Standard Time.
