Aside from being an actress, host, and influencer, Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista is also an accomplished painter.

She had her seventh solo art exhibit called "In Full Bloom" at the Ayala Museum back in 2018.

These days, Heart admits that she has little time to paint but hopes to get back into soon.

"Actually I have not had time to paint. But I do believe in having a break with some stuff. You come back different--with a different way to do things," she shares in an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com.

"I also feel that the changes in your life affects the painting. Actually, it's been a year since I last painted. Maybe when I have time, I'll get to that," she added.

Heart feels that there will be a few changes in her work, given the difficult year that we've all had.

"I still love painting women but I think siguro the colors and the palettes that I'll be using will be a bit muted. I kinda shifted to that last year. I like the calmness of that, especially with what's happening. Painting with a bit more muted colors is kind of my direction when I get back," she explained.

A few years back, Heart was set on staging an exhibit at least once a year. However, work and the pandemic got in the way.

"Nag-skip tayo because of the pandemic but I do think I have an exhibit this September from the paintings that I've done na hindi ko pinakita. September, hopefully matuloy na siya," Heart shares.

Right now, she is busy preparing for her upcoming series I Left My Heart in Sorsogon where she will star alongside leading men Richard Yap and Paolo Contis.

She is also helping her dad Rey in doing the interior design of his new home in Sorsogon.
