Christian Bautista joins Djooky Music Awards as panel judge

Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista has been announced as part of the Djooky Music Awards as panel judge along with music producer Brian Malouf, who is also the vice president and head of A&R at Walt Disney Records.

Christian is also joined by Sacha Skarbeck, a Grammy-nominated songwriter, producer, film scorer, and multi-instrumentalist.

Skarbeck is best known for writing James Blunt's hit singles “You're Beautiful” and “Goodbye My Lover,” as well as Miley Cyrus'' hit song “Wrecking Ball.

In Djooky's website, Christian was mentioned as "a multi-platinum Filipino singer well-known throughout South-East Asia for his romantic hits."

Djooky stated, "Christian is also known as an actor for drama shows, musicals, and movies in Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Christian played in such world-renowned musicals as West Side Story, Cinderella, Ghost, Jersey Boys staged in the Philippines."

Djooky Music Awards accepts entries from artists and songwriters globally, of 16 years of age or older

The winner of Djooky Music Awards will have the choice of either a trip to record one song at the iconic Capitol Studios (LA, USA), with Brian Malouf, the multi-platinum American producer and his engineer team, or a $20,000 cash prize.

The trip will include round trip plane tickets for two people, hotel accommodation, and daily allowance covering ground transportation and meals during the trip.
