The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) called Filipinos and fans of SB19 to support the group in the upcoming Billboard Music Awards.

SB19, composed of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, is nominated as Top Social Artist , the first Filipino and Southeast Asian act to be nominated for that category.

In a Facebook post, the NCCA encouraged everyone to support SB19.

"As the prime agency that safeguards, develops, and promotes Filipino arts and culture, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) encourages everyone to support mainstream Filipino artists."

Meanwhile, the CCP recognized the historic nomination of SB19.

"For the first time in history, a Philippine act/artist has been nominated in the Billboard Music Awards (BBMA) under the Top Social Artist award category," the agency tweeted.

Also nominated in the Top Social Artist category are Ariana Grande, BTS, BLACKPINK, and Seventeen.

To vote for SB19, tweet @SB19Official and use the hashtag #BBMAsTopSocial, or by visiting the BBMA's official website at billboard.com/BBMAsVote. Everyone can vote 10 times per day, per platform.
