LIST: 2021 Billboard Music Awards Winners

The 2021 Billboard Music Awards was held on Sunday, May 23, just seven months after the delayed 2020 awards ceremony, and The Weeknd and BTS were two of the big winners of the night.

The Weeknd was nominated for 16 categories and took home 10 trophies by the end of the night, including the Top 100 Artist, Top Hot 100 Song for his hit “Blinding Lights” and the biggest award of the night, Top Artist.

He also performed “Save Your Tears,” another chart-topping hit from his album “After Hours.”


BTS also had a jaw-dropping feat on Sunday at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards. The Korean global superstars won in every category they were nominated for, including Top Duo/Group, Top Song Sales Artist, Top Social Artist, and Top Selling Song for "Dynamite."

BTS also performed their record-breaking newly released single “Butter.”

“Just Like a Pill” and “Get the Party Started” singer-songwriter Pink accepted the Icon Award. presented by another music icon, Jon Bon Jovi, who happens to be Pink's childhood crush.

Pink also gave a stunning aerial performance of her new single “Cover Me in Sunshine” with her equally talented daughter, Willow.

“Hotline Bling” and “In My Feelings” singer-rapper Drake also received the Artist of the Decade Award and even brought with him his adorable 3-year-old son Adonis on stage.
