"I said yes," Melissa Ricks posted on her Instagram Story announcing her marriage to non-showbiz husband Michael Macatangay.
Melissa Ricks is now married to her non-showbiz fiancé, Michael Macatangay.
Based on her Instagram Stories, Melissa and Michael tied the knot yesterday, May 23, in California, USA.
"I said yes," the 31-year-old wrote on one of her posts showing her diamond wedding ring.
Melissa also shared a photo of her and Michael showing after they got married.
The newlywed reposted snaps from their wedding which were taken by their guests.
Melissa and Michael got engaged last August 2020.
The latter proposed to the actress in an intimate party in Batangas, which was attended by their close family and friends.
In a previous post, Melissa related how she met Michael during one of her visits at Jesus the Anointed One Church in Rosario, Batangas.
She recalled saying, "Lord, baka naman po may ma-meet ako dito.”
And her only requirements: “'Yung masipag, 'yung mabait, mahal ako at anak ko, but most of all may takot sa Diyos. Sana po may makatabi ako.”
Melissa has a daughter named Kiera from her previous relationship.
