Christian Bautista first time to be away from wife for the bubble taping of the musical 'Still'

Kapuso singer-actor Christian Bautsita is currently in the bubble taping for the musical narrative series Still, which he'll headline with Julie Anne San Jose.

According to Christian, this is the first time he'll be starring in a drama after more than a year of not acting.

This phase is relatively new for Asia's Romantic Balladeer because this is also the first time he'll be away from his wife, Kat Ramnani, as the taping will last for a month.

That being said, Kat is very supportive of Christian's new project under Viu Philippines.

On his YouTube channel, he shared the things his wife prepared for him for the lock-in shoot for Still.

Among the essentials Christian brought are canned goods, medicines, and cleaning materials.

"Parang nagtataka kayo kung bakit may mga cleaning stuff, 'yung production that we're going to wala pong makapasok sa room namin at all para safe, so kami lang maglilinis," he explained.

The production of Still is already in week two.

Christian and Julie Anne's co-stars include theater and music icon Bituin Escalante and Philippine Theater Princess Gab Pangilinan.

Also joining them are multi-talented up-and-coming artists Abe Autea, Lance Reblando, Mike Shimamoto, and Gabby Padilla.

Behind Still is a group of award-winning creatives namely Patrick Valera, Giancarlo Abarahan, Nicco Manalo, Monster Jimenez, and Treb Monteras.

Songwriters Nica Del Rosio, Mike Shimamato, and Matthew Chang also lend their talents for the much-awaited online musical series.
