HOT T.V. – GMA’s newest showbiz news magazine program



In a bid to revolutionize the Sunday viewing habit of Filipinos, GMA Network launches its newest showbiz news magazine program title HOT TV (Hindi Ordinaryong Tsismis) bringing a fresh perspective on today’s hottest stories and controversies. It will premiere on August 5 after Together Forever.
 
Under the direction of Rico Gutierrez, the program will feature a diverse mix of discussions of the latest trends and issues as well as segments highlighting extraordinary personalities and human interest stories every Sunday afternoon.
 
HOT T.V. brings together for the first time an interesting combination of hosts headlined by TV host and society editor Raymond Gutierrez, seasoned comedian Roderick Paulate, 2003 Starstruck Ultimate Female Survivor Jennylyn Mercado, and Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid – who will display their humor and talent in tackling different topics from the most controversial to the most unbelievable human feats in the country.
 
After her absence for more than a year from work, Regine, who is a self-confessed ‘chismosa’, dabbles in hosting her very first magazine talk show in GMA. She feels very excited on her latest TV endeavor most especially on working with Raymond, Jennylyn and Roderick, “This is something new for me and I’m really looking forward to the new concept and segments of HOT T.V. Excited ako na marinig ang iba’t ibang opinion naming apat.
 
Raymond, who has hosted various reality, musical variety and talent searches in the Kapuso Network including Pinoy Idol, Starstruck, Party Pilipinas and Showbiz Central, is very thankful that GMA entrusted him another project which is a big challenge for him as a TV host, “Lahat ng trending topics pag-uusapan dito. Another new concept and new set of hosts kaya exciting para sa akin. This show will really elevate me as a host. Panibagong pagsubok para sa akin.
 
The producers say the program’s interesting line-up of stories will not only hook viewers but also allow them to connect with the show’s uplifting and thoughtful discussions, “HOT T.V. aims to offer informative and inspirational TV experiences to viewers. With the program’s wide range of topics, it is all set to become the newest destination of intriguing interviews, extraordinary stories about ordinary people, features on supernatural events, investigative reports, etc.
 
HOT T.V. will replace Showbiz Central beginning August 5.
