GMA Pinoy TV to air Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera's 'Pinoy Abroad Fun Connect' on GTV

Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera-Dantes's special virtual event, “Pinoy Abroad Fun Connect: DongYan #StrongerTogether,” will have its TV debut in celebration of their birth month.

Brought to you by GMA Pinoy TV, DongYan's "FunCon" will air on Saturday, August 7, 7:55 p.m., after My Fantastic Pag-ibig on GTV.

Witness fans all over the world show their support for DongYan as a lot of them have surely missed seeing the Kapuso power couple together in one event.

GMA Pinoy TV made this experience special through an exclusive video conference where everyone bonded with DongYan while in the safety and confinement of their homes.

In the virtual event hosted by Marian's dear friend, Boobay, DongYan shared how they are doing now and how they keep being #StrongerTogether, especially during these trying times.

DongYan brought even more kilig vibes during the "Bring me back" segment where the celebrity couple revisited their best memories from their previous shows and movies together.

One of those is their 2010 GMA primetime series Endless Love, which currently airs on GMA and on GMA Pinoy TV.

Marian recalled how many tears she had to shed while doing the drama and that it was also her first time to be placed in a casket for the role. Dingdong also revealed how impressed he was to see Marian's hard work in giving justice to her character as Jenny.

DongYan also shared their experience while shooting Marian's spiels for the award-winning drama anthology program Tadhana at home, where Dingdong is the director.

Marian fondly recalled how she fell in love with her husband even more as she saw how passionate and dedicated he is as a director who, she said, is even sterner than the show's actual director.

Meanwhile, Dingdong, who hosts the infotainment program Amazing Earth, related the precautionary measures he takes to ensure his family's safety whenever he's taping outdoors.

Since the Kapuso abroad have been really missing seeing the couple together on the small screen for a TV series, Marian remained firm that their children, Zia and Ziggy, are her priority for now as she also wants to ensure their safety by staying home as much as she can.
