Kris Aquino to Willie Revillame: 'Alam naman nating lahat, di ba? Ikaw ang gusto ng mga anak ko.'

The Queen of All Media Kris Aquino has finally made her much-awaited TV comeback on GMA-7 during Shopee's 8.8 Mega Flash Sale TV Special.

Kris was introduced by Wowowin host Willie Revillame, who was one of the people responsible for her anticipated TV return.

Willie said, “Just like to thank GMA management, Atty. Gozon, Ms. Anette, everyone in GMA. Siyempre ho. Matagal ko na po siya gustong i-guest pero pinayagan din po siya dahil of coruse, Shopee, eh.

“John Lloyd and then Kris Aquino. Sino'ng susunod? Malalaman niyong lahat 'yan.

“Ito na po. The Queen of All Media, the one and only, Kris Aquino!!!”

The actress-TV host was all smiles and even teased Willie before beginning the segment she hosted.

Kris told Willie, “Thank you, Wilie. I don't think you just miss me. I think you love me.”

She then talked about her TV return and expressed gratitude to GMA-7, her loved ones and supporters.

“Magandang-magandang umaga po sa inyong lahat at maraming, maraming salamat po sa GMA for allowing me to be here this morning. And of course, to my Shopee family, I love you.

“And alam kong nanonood sa'kin ngayon all my sisters. Hello to all of you. And of course, my two sons. Hi to Kuya Josh in Tarlac and kay Bimb na nasa BGC. I love you, honey.

Kris also dedicated her TV comeback to her late mother and brother, Corazon Aquino and Noynoy Aquino, who were both former presidents of the Philippines.

“And para po ito, allow me please, I'm dedicating this because I know--sabi ng ate ko kasi kagabi, 'I'm sure the proudest in heaven is mom that you're back.'

“And of course, I'm sue si Noy proud din. I love you. And I love all of you. Thank you.

“Five years ko pong hinintay ito and I hope for all of you it's been worth the wait.”

Kris did not disappoint as she brought on her lively, engaging and fun hosting skills during the quiz segment.

At one point, while waiting to reveal the next question, Kris teased Willie again.

“May girlfriend ka na or hinihintay mo 'ko? Kanina nirereto niya sa'kin eh. Dapat daw si Secretary. Ganung tipo raw dapat ang maging boyfriend ko. Hindi politiko, masipag.

“Bakit mo ko nirereto sa iba? Eh alam naman nating lahat 'di ba? Ikaw ang gusto ng mga anak ko.”

Plus, Kris proved that the old saying "The show must go on" is true, as she continued hosting despite nursing a cold. She asked for a tissue and continued hosting the segment like a trooper.

The TV special was held live at the Clark International Airport and aside from Kris Aquino and Willie Revillame, other Kapuso stars also co-hosted the event, including Bianca Umali, Andrea Torres, Glaiza de Castro and Ariella Arida.
