Kevin Hart and Snoop Dogg react to Hidilyn Diaz's winning moment

Jumanji star Kevin Hart and rap icon Snoop Dogg had a funny reaction to Filipino weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz's winning moment in their Tokyo Olympics sports commentary titled "Olympic Highlights with Kevin Hart & Snoop Dog," which aired on streaming platform Peacock.

American rapper Snoop Dogg did the introduction for Hidilyn Diaz's video.

The "Drop It Like It's Hot" rapper said, "Filipino weightlifter, Hidilyn Francisco Diaz, took home not only her first gold, but the first gold ever for the Philippines."

Kevin and Snoop Dogg then watched the video of Hidilyn's winning clean and jerk at the Olympics and they were both obviously awestricken.

“You know how hard that is, kid. Me and you, we both be in the gym,” Snoop Dogg told Kevin.

Then Kevin said, “Well, first of all, you can see by our body types [that] this is what we do. Okay?”

The comedian then gave his real reaction to Hidilyn's historic win at the Tokyo Olympics.

“That is extremely impressive. Her clean and jerk was 493 lbs.”

Snoop quipped, “So, she could've lifted me and you up at the same time.”

“Well, that means she only did 175,” Kevin retorted. “We're talking about 493! 493 pounds, man.”

Aside from winning the first-ever Olympic gold medal for the Philippines, Hidilyn also set a new world record during her Tokyo Olympics win by lifting a combined total of 493 lbs. (224 kgs.) across her two lifts.
