Mothers of Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna meet in the traditional pamamanhikan
The mothers of engaged celebrity couple Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna, Remedios Ramsay and Meriam Go-Adarna, have finally met in Siargao for the traditional pamamanhikan.
On Instagram stories, Ellen poked fun at her 56-year-old mother who was drinking buko juice while Derek's 73-year-old mother was drinking wine.
Ellen also added the hashtag #pamamanhikan in the video, which was reposted by Ellen and Derek's fan account.
The actress can be heard saying in the background, "My mom is 56, and tita is 73, and my mom is drinking buko juice and tita is gangster."
"My mom is boring!"
In an Instagram post on September 9, Ellen shared some of her photos while in Derek's arms.
Similarly, Derek shared the same pictures in a private Instagram post, calling Ellen, "The one."
Derek and Ellen have been engaged since March, after nearly two months of being together.
