Manilyn Reynes nominated for Best Comedy Actress anew

Versatile actress-singer Manilyn Reynes just might add another trophy to her collection as she gets nominated in the 34th Star Awards for Television.

In her Instagram post, Manilyn is one of the contenders in the Best Comedy Actress category for her role in Pepito Manaloto as Elsa.

Back in 2016, she also won in the same category.

She posted her heartfelt gratitude to the Philippine Movie Press Club for this honor.

Manilyn said, “Aaayyy! Nakaka-happy po ng puso 'to! Salamat po sa inyong lahat sa Philippine Movie Press Club ( PMPC ) Star Awards for Television sa karangalang ma-nominate sa kategoriyang ito Thank you po, God️”

Several netizens congratulated the actress for her nomination including her good friend Janno Gibbs.

Currently, Manilyn serves as a narrator in the prequel, Pepito Manaloto: Ang Unang Kuwento, where Mikee Quintos currently portrays the teenage version of Elsa.

Aside from being a highly-respected TV-movie star, Manilyn is a loving wife to her husband Aljon Jimenez.
