For Kapuso star Bea Alonzo, 2022 will be a big year for her!
Multi-awarded actress, endorser, and YouTuber Bea Alonzo will be doing a Filipino-Hollywood film titled Angel Warrior next year.
Citing reports from Variety and Rappler, Bea (who inked her contract with GMA-7 in July) will be portraying the role of a Tala, a pre-war era Filipina whose near-death experience transforms her into an underground fighter.
Moreover, the story will be set during the Japanese occupation in the Philippines during World War II.
In addition, the movie will be produced by Inspire Studios' founder and CEO Francis Lara Ho, John Shepherd, and Senator Manny Pacquiao, who recently announced his retirement from boxing.
Since returning from her trip in America, Bea has been busy with numerous guestings in several Kapuso shows like The Boobay And Tekla Show and she is set to appear in the longest-running gag show Bubble Gang soon.
