IU is coming back with a new digital single!

In a Twitter post, IU confirmed that she is releasing a song titled "Strawberry Moon." This will be her first comeback since the release of her fifth studio album LILAC in March 2021.

In the teaser image, IU is seen holding two ice cream cones while sitting on top of a scoop of strawberry ice cream, surrounded by yellow dandelions.

The image also features a pink moon in the background.

On October 1, the South Korean star shared a dreamy image of dandelions and a pink moon, with the caption, "meet again when strawberry moon comes up."
