Carla Abellana's Gambas Aljillo



Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Head Garlic (Peeled, minced)
  • ½ Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 500 G Shrimp (Peeled, tail on, De-vained)
  • 1 Pc Lemon
  • 1 tsp Spanish Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley (Chopped)
  • 6 Slices Baguette
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Procedures:
  1. Heat pan, butter and olive oil then sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 min under medium heat.
  2. Add in shrimps and cook until orange in color. Then lower fire. Squeeze in lemon then season with paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Place in a serving plate then then top parsley. Serve with baguette.
