Carla Abellana's Gambas Aljillo

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Head Garlic (Peeled, minced)
- ½ Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 500 G Shrimp (Peeled, tail on, De-vained)
- 1 Pc Lemon
- 1 tsp Spanish Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley (Chopped)
- 6 Slices Baguette
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedures:
- Heat pan, butter and olive oil then sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 min under medium heat.
- Add in shrimps and cook until orange in color. Then lower fire. Squeeze in lemon then season with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Place in a serving plate then then top parsley. Serve with baguette.
