Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado confirm pregnancy

Kapuso couple Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado have given an explosive exclusive interview with GMA flagship news program 24 Oras today, October 29.

According to Dennis and Jennylyn, they wanted to set the record straight to avoid further speculation about them and their relationship.

These speculations started when Jennylyn had to leave the lock-in taping of her upcoming series Love.Die.Repeat due to a medical emergency.

Now, the couple finally confirmed Jennylyn's pregnancy.

"Positive ako...9th week. Ang timing niya ay nasa taping ako ng Love. Die. Repeat. Ito ay nangayari two months ago. Doon ko na feel na parang medyo iba ko eh. Medyo emosyonal ako, iba 'yung pakiramdam ko," Jennylyn shared.

Aside from this, the couple is also set to tie the knot soon. Dennis proposed to Jennylyn at home.

"Siyempre gusto ko hindi naman masyadong magarbo. Sa panahon ngayon dapat maging praktikal. Ginawa ko 'yung pinaka simple pero at the same time heartfelt," Dennis explained.

The Kapuso stars are set to share more details of the proposal and their engagement on Jennylyn's vlog which also comes out tonight.

Dennis and Jennylyn are celebrating their seventh year as a couple this 2021. Before welcoming their little bundle of joy, both have children from their previous relationships.

They are hoping to be blessed with a girl this time.

"Sa tamang oras, sa tamang panahon, sa pagkakataon na ready ka na siguro, saka siya ibibigay talaga. May two boys na kami so sana ibigay sa amin, baby girl," said Jennylyn.
