Kapuso all the way. Congratulations, Mikoy!

It has been nine years since Bubble Gang star Mikoy Morales began his journey as a Kapuso, when he joined the talent search competition Protégé.

For almost a decade, Mikoy has remained loyal to his mother network and now is ready for the next phase of his career as he renewed his contract with GMA Artist Center.

Mikoy was feeling sentimental as he looked back to his journey, when he was just an aspiring talent before.

He posted on Instagram, “9 Years ago.2nd year ako sa UST arki, may nagmessage na kailangan daw ako ma-interview for a callback -pupuntahan daw ako sa bahay sa araw na yun mismo. Bilang 5 hours of physics yung next subject, nag-cut ako at umuwi.”

“Yung “interview” pala ay setup para tawagan ako ni ate Jolens at sabihing nakapasok ako sa Protégé. Yun na,” he added.

The talented comedian and singer expressed his gratitude to his home network for their immense trust and added that being in GMA-7 is not just “work” for him.

Explaining his post, Mikoy said, “It's been almost a decade, @gmanetwork. It hasn't been easy. I haven't been easy and yet, natatawagan mo pa rin ako para sabihing nakapasok ako.

He continued, “Salamat sa tiwala. It's never just work with you, it's personal - always has been. Kapuso all the way. #ProudToBeKapusoMikoyMorales.”
