Xian Lim flexes acting chops in an upcoming movie and mini TV series.
New Kapuso actor Xian Lim has all the reasons to feel joyful as he is set to lead numerous projects while on break from his upcoming Kapuso series Love.Die.Repeat.
Taping for the said series was temporarily held with the announcement of lead star Jennylyn Mercado's unexpected pregnancy with longtime partner Dennis Trillo. Production is set to resume once the actress gives birth and loses post-pregnancy weight.
Meanwhile, among the projects he has done so far is the Brillante Mendoza suspense-thriller movie Bahay na Pula which is set to stream on Vivamax this coming 2022.
Starring alongside Julia Barretto and Marco Gumabao, the story revolves around the life of newlyweds Jane (Barretto) and Raffy (Lim). They would go home to Oriental Mindoro to sell the house Jane inherited from her grandmother. Jane would then meet her ex-lover (Marco Gumabao) again and this is where the conflict of the story begins.
Lim was also reported to be preparing for an upcoming Kapuso mini-series where he will star alongside Glaiza de Castro. According to reports, taping for the said series is set to roll this month and is expected to air this coming January.
Lim is among the new roster of stars that recently joined GMA Network. Just last August, the actor expressed his excitement at jumping into the Kapuso fence and working with the stars of the network.
According to the actor, accepting the Kapuso offer "only took one phone call."
