OPM singer Richard Reynoso is recovering after his bout with COVID-19

By Aedrianne Acar

Many were stunned after OPM singer Richard Reynoso uploaded a photo of himself last November 15 on Instagram that he was being treated in a hospital.

According to a report by Cristy Fermin, Richard contracted COVID-19, even though he was fully vaccinated.

In the same article, it mentioned that Richard's wife Amor and their children also got the virus.

Although what happened was difficult, Reynoso shared on his Instagram account last Tuesday (November 23) that he is already recovering, after being discharged in the hospital.

The singer also expressed his gratitude to his doctors and medical staff, who took care of him to make sure he wasn't going to be intubated.

He shared, “I thank God for these awesome Doctors He provided. These Medical Specialists strategically kept me from being intubated while I was in ICU. May God continue to bless you and keep you safe. #csmc #DrSalandanan #DrPamplona”

“Ours is not to ever question HIS will but to follow wherever HE takes us,” he added.

Wedmd.com described intubation as a procedure that's used when you can't breathe on your own. Your doctor puts a tube down your throat and into your windpipe to make it easier to get air into and out of your lungs. A machine called a ventilator pumps in air with extra oxygen.

Several celebrities cheered this good news of Richard including Jackie Lou Blanco and Vina Morales.
