Red Velvet announces March 2022 comeback

It's time to roll out the red carpet for K-pop girl group Red Velvet after it was confirmed that they are making a comeback this March.

SM Entertainment released a statement about the group's return, which was also reported by Soompi, saying “Red Velvet is preparing a new album with the goal of a release in March. We ask that you please show a lot of interest.”

K-pop fans are also rejoicing about this exciting new milestone for the phenomenal group.

The group, who debuted in 2014 and composed of Irene, Yeri, Joy, Seulgi, and Wendy, pulled off a remarkable return in August 2021 via their single “Queendom.”

As of writing, "Queendom" has amassed over 96 million views. Their other hits include “Russian Roulette” and “Psycho.”

Members Wendy and Seulgi are also part of SM Entertainment's female supergroup, Girls On Top.
