Ranking our 10 favorite EXO songs to celebrate their 10th anniversary
The K-pop industry has seen many debuts and disbandments, but there are groups that have stood the test of time.
Luckily for EXO, not only are they surviving but they are also still thriving. Case in point, their latest release Don't Fight The Feeling sold a whopping million copies, making them sextuple million sellers. This feat is impressive given that they have been in the industry for a decade and they don't show any signs of stopping.
What could have been the secret to their longevity? Could it be their looks or their solid fan base? We would like to believe that a huge part of their staying power can be attributed to just how talented they are vocally that very few can rival. This gave them the ability to experiment with some fresh and diverse sounds, offering something new every comeback. They literally have everything you could ask for.
And as these legends celebrate their 10 years in the industry, we are ranking our top 10 favorite songs. Be warned though, we might be biased towards their winter tracks.
10. "Lucky"
This song is guaranteed to make you feel good in a snap. The lyrics are so cheesy you would just want to have someone who would make you feel like you are the luckiest person on earth!
9. "Call Me Baby"
You'd be hard-pressed to find a K-pop fan who hasn't heard "Call Me Baby," with D.O.'s iconic “Baby Girl” having its own fan club. This song is still as captivating today as it was when it was first released!
8. "Day After Day"
"Day After Day" is something you would want to play during a road trip with that special someone. This track is our favorite from Obsession.
7. "Walk on Memories"
This song has proven that EXO indeed has one of the most diverse sounds out there, plus their beautiful harmonization stood out in this track. It is definitely our favorite from The War.
6. "Unfair"
Well, this is definitely more of a performance we love just because this is where the writer discovered who her bias is so it is mandatory to put "Unfair" on our list.
5. "Wait"
EXO can really create a perfect vocal harmony that will surely touch the hearts of the audiences and "Wait" is an example of that.
4. "Paradise"
The vocals of EXO just keep on getting better and better as they age and "Paradise" shows you that even without high notes, their skill set is insane!
3. "First Snow"
To think this is actually a sad song, "First Snow" never fails to lift our moods whenever we listen to it. This is one of the songs that we will never skip no matter what.
2. "Miracles in December"
Chen, Baekhyun, and D.O. The vocal trinity. K-Pop's main vocalists. Enough said. Seriously, it is a miracle having three of the best singers of their generation in one group.
1. "For Life"
The lyrics of this song sum up what we feel about EXO. Even if we are born again, there would be no other group that we would want but them.

Not every K-pop group shows great depth beyond their title tracks but EXO has proven that they have one of the best discographies out there. There is at least one song for everyone. We pray to the K-Pop gods that these nine boys never stop making music together. Happy 10 years, EXO!
