Celebrity couple Megan Young and Mikael Daez are currently starring in the GMA Afternoon Prime soap, 'The Stepdaughters,' where they play the roles of Mayumi and Francis, respectively. It's the couple's first project together after being in a relationship for seven years. The two share how working together onscreen is like so far.
Mikael describes Megan as his co-star, “Siyempre masaya, we like working with each other.”
Mikael also admitted that they had fears at first of the changes that may come with working together, “Natakot kami na baka mahirapan kami or baka mag-away kami. So far, wala pa naman.”
For Megan, working with her boyfriend has been a breeze, “Everything's been good.”
She also added how grateful she is that they finally got to work together, “Thankful kami sa isa't isa.”
Mikael also shared how they spent Valentine's Day together, “Pina-enjoy namin 'yung buong production namin. Nagpakain kami.”
He revealed why he and Megan surprised the cast for Valentine's Day. Mikael said, “Sila 'yung minahal namin for Valentine's, kasi siyempre sila 'yung sumusuporta sa 'min sa show. Kung wala sila, wala rin 'yung show.”
Megan and Mikael recently celebrated their seventh anniversary.
