Lovi Poe on doing 'Titser': 'Mahirap pala talagang maging teacher.'

GMA Network's Primera Aktresa Lovi Poe will soon grace your television screens via the upcoming primetime series Akin Pa Rin Ang Bukas, but before that she will topbill GMA News TV's new original series, Titser, which will air beginning August 11.

We sat down with Lovi during the story conference of Akin Pa Rin Ang Bukas, and she shared with us her experience in shooting for Titser, her onscreen reunion with Rocco Nacino, and how she is looking forward to working with Cesar Montano.

"Sobrang kinakabahan ako sa Titser. Mahirap pala talagang maging teacher!" says Lovi. In the series, she will play the role of Michelle, the smartest student in her high school batch who wants to be a teacher but could not afford to go to college.

Ano kaya ang hindi niya makakalimutan from this experience?

"A lot, because I think learning things again, like back when I was in grade school, 'yung mga bagay na alam ko noon, inaalala ko ulit ngayon. Plus the fact that what teachers do for children or for students. Mahirap siya gawin yet they still do it," pahayag niya.

As for working again with her Yesterday's Bride leading man Rocco Nacino, this is what the Primera Aktresa had to say. "Walang nagbago. Sa amin naman ni Rocco, ever since, we've been good friends. I'm just really happy because at least someone na kasundo ko talaga [ang co-star ko]. 'Yung chemistry talaga namin, nagki-click talaga kami, magkasundo kami sa lahat. Masaya ako na makakatrabaho ko siya ulit."

She also expressed her excitement in working alongside Cesar Montano, who will be one of her leading men in Akin Pa Rin Ang Bukas. "It's my first time to work with him. May halong kilig at kaba. Of course di ba, a lot of us just watch him [on TV], and ngayon makakasama ko siya dito. It's just an amazing feeling."
