Andrea Torres shares what viewers will love about international movie 'Pasional'
Kapuso actress Andrea Torres is now back in Manila as she has wrapped up the filming of her upcoming international movie Pasional.
She filmed the second half of the movie in Caramoan in Camarines Sur and in Coron, Palawan along with her Argentine leading man Marcelo Melingo.

Andrea thinks that many people will be able to relate to her character in the film.
"Based naman sa title, 'Pasional,' talagang punung puno ng love, kung paano nila pinaglaban 'yung love na 'yun. Si Mahalia, 'yung character ko, hindi naman talaga na-mention sa story na Filipina siya. Pero siyempre makikita mo sa mga kilos niya 'yung mga traits na meron tayo--very nurturing, compassionate. Madali kang mapapamahal sa kanya kasi magaan 'yung aura niya," the actress shared in an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com.
Another charming point in the film is how the characters seem like polar opposites but still end up falling in love.
"Pareho silang may pinagdadaanan ni Norberto, played by Marcelo, 'yung from Argentina ko na co-star. Pero I think magkaiba sila ng way ng pag-handle noon. Kasi 'yung character ko mas light, laging naka-ngiti. And then si Marcelo naman, 'yung character niya medyo dark," Andrea added.
She is also sure that viewers from both the Philippines and Argentina will love the movie.
"'Yung 'Pasional,' ang ganda niya kasi makikita mo 'yung beauty ng Argentina at beauty ng Pilipinas. 'Yun teamup din namin dalawa, I think very fresh tingnan. Siyempre, magkaiba 'yung language namin. May mga scenes diyan kinakausap niya 'ko ng Spanish, sasagot ako ng English. Biglang kakausapin ko siya ng Spanish, sasagot naman siya ng English," Andrea shared.
She is also glad to have worked with Francisco D´Intino who wrote and directed the film.
"'Yung pagdadanaan naming dalawa as sa couple dito, 'yun ang excited akong makita nila kasi kakaiba rin talaga 'yung story na ginawa noong director. Happy naman ako na inspired na inspired siya and nandoon siya talaga to guide us kasi siya naman 'yung may alam kung ano 'yung vision niya talaga for this," Andrea explained.
Pasional is a feature film written and directed by Francisco D´Intino and produced by Malevo Films, GMA Network, Stagecraft and Maxione.
It will be released in the Philippines, Argentina, and in selected countries.
