Aside from acting and hosting, Mikael is a commercial model and a Management graduate from Ateneo de Manila University. “Go to the gym, run, drink water, eat meat and sleep.”
Give me five moves to court a girl.
“Tell her you’re going to Batangas but secretly you’re taking her to Boracay. Make her origami strawberries and put notes inside telling her you like her. While she’s asleep, go to her room and plant some gifts and make it a scavenger hunt. And at the end of the thing, you have a letter for her. Surprise her in her classroom if she’s still studying with a teddy bear and roses and chocolates. Buy her a really, really, really nice bag. And then, hang it on a big, big, big stuff toy. Put it on her bed and then tell her to go in her room.”
Give me five things that a girl can do to make you smile.
“If you kiss me, I’ll smile. You can cook me breakfast and bring it to my room. You can give me a midnight snack, blog it. Take me to the beach or buy me a brand new race car.”
Give me five things people don’t know about you.
“I eat my lasagna with rice. I have never tried bagoong yet. I don’t like fish na may tinik. I’ve never smoke a cigarette in my life ever. And, nasagasaan ako ng kotse nuong bata ako over my leg.”

“Because Dean is there, me! (laughs) You will learn a lot. We portray and show a lot of situations that are very realistic and that people can relate to. Isay is there (Andrea Torres). Aston is there, (Christian Bautista). The Metro Guwapo are there, Kimpoy [Feliciano], Jak[Roberto] and Mikoy[Morales].”

“From Midnight Snack, Dong Bei dumplings, bulalo from Batangas, Kanto Freestyle carinderia sa Mandaluyong. Pang-apat, siguro iyong sisig, masarap iyon. Panglima, hindi namin fineature [sa Midnight Snack] pero side dish siya eh. Iyong halo-halo sa Casa Rap sa Batangas.”
