Pokwang says she's now fine after being involved in a vehicular accident in the United States with fellow comedienne K Brosas.
In an interview with Nelson Canlas for '24 Oras' on August 4, Kapuso comedienne Pokwang assured her fans and followers that she is now fine after being involved in a vehicular accident with K Brosas in Dallas, Texas.
According to the TikToClock host, they were riding an SUV from the hotel and were about to have lunch when another SUV hit them.
The celebrity mom is still grateful that they miraculously survive the car crash.
“Mas naramdaman ni K Brosas 'yung impact. Nagkukuwentuhan kami, basta nakita ko na lang na tatama. Hinintay ko na lang 'yung impact.
"Pero laking pasasalamat na hindi kami tumilapon, hindi kami gumulong-gulong. Buti na lang.” she said.
Pokwang also shared how she managed to protect her friend when she saw that the SUV would directly hit the side of the car where K was sitting.
“Ako kalmang-kalma pa nga ako, e. Inalalayan ko si K. Nag-brace ako. Inalalayan ko si K kasi nakita ko talaga babangga sa side niya, e.”
She also mentioned how fast the emergency team of Dallas responded and helped them.
“Parang buong sangay ng gobyerno dumating. Nandiyan agad, kung saan-saan nanggagaling.”
K, who suffered from minor injuries, is now back in the Philippines while Pokwang stayed in New York as seen in their recent Instagram posts.
