Taylor Swift drops 'Midnights,' teasers of upcoming MVs, more songs

By Faye Almazan

After months of waiting, Taylor Swift's tenth studio album, Midnights, has finally been released.

"Midnights is a collage of intensity, highs and lows and ebbs and flows. Life can be dark, starry, cloudy, terrifying, electrifying, hot, cold, romantic or lonely. Just like Midnights. Which is out now,” Taylor wrote in a tweet.

The album was announced to contain 13 new songs, including “Snow On The Beach,” which is a collaboration with Lana Del Rey.

However, three hours after the album dropped Taylor surprised her fans with seven additional songs for Midnights (3am Edition).

"I'm calling them 3am tracks. Lately I've been loving the feeling of sharing more of our creative process with you, like we do with From The Vault tracks. So it's 3am and I'm giving them to you now,” she explained.

Aside from the extended album version, Taylor earlier posted a teaser trailer which showed bits and pieces of the music videos she will be releasing for Midnights.

Taylor noted that the video for the song “Anti-Hero” will be out first.
