Ant Man and The Wasp trailer

It's time to travel to the Quantum realm with Ant-Man and The Wasp.

Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe or the MCU are now rejoicing as Marvel Studios recently dropped the first trailer of Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, the 31st film within the MCU.

The movie continues the story of Scott Lang or Ant-Man, played by Paul Rudd, after the events of the Avengers: Endgame and how he, together with Hope van Dyne or The Wasp (Evangeline Lily), his daughter Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton), Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), is accidentally sent to the quantum realm.

The trailer starts with Scott talking about his experience as an Avenger. It then shifts to a scene where Cassie shows a device made to send a signal into the quantum realm, a different dimension where time is much slower, right before a doorway to the realm opened, sucking them all in.

From there, they start exploring the realm, meeting and interacting with new, strange creatures that inhabit the realm as they go on a quest to return to their own universe.

Fans should also look forward to Cassie donning her own suit much like her father's and how she got it while inside the realm once the movie comes out.

The trailer also showed the main baddie, Kang the Conqueror, who many fans might recognize as the alternate-timeline variant of He Who Remains from the series Loki.

In the end, it shows that the movie will be released on February 17, 2023.

Before Ant-Man and The Wasp, the movie Thor: Love and Thunder premiered on July 8. After that, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, will be shown on November 11. The movie was supposed to be a sequel to the 2018 film. However, plans changed when the titular character's actor, Chadwick Boseman, passed away from colon cancer.
