Korean star Jung Ho-yeon visited the Philippines and attended the press conference of a Filipino company on Friday, November 11, 2022.

The said event was held at Marco Polo Hotel in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

During the press conference, Ho-yeon was introduced as the newest ambassador of one of the Philippines' growing companies, IAM Worldwide.

According to IAM Worldwide President/Founder Allen Marvin Yu Eder, having the Korean actress as their ambassador is perfect for their company's goal to reach potential youth and Gen Z consumers.

He shared, “Ms. Jung Ho-Yeon is definitely the exceptional choice as the new face of the company and our products. She's now a powerhouse celebrity known globally and really connects well with the youth. She's a glamorous ace for IAM Worldwide.”

Aside from that, IAM Worldwide Vice President/Founder Aika Lorraine Uy said, “We consider being associated with the very lovable Jung Ho-yeon as a success already.”

“We strongly feel that she will be able to scale up the company's presence and customer base by a thousandfold not just here in the Philippines, but also in other countries,” Uy added.

The said company feels grateful as it is Ho-yeon's very first time to endorse a brand that is proudly Filipino.

A few hours after the event, Ho-yeon had the chance to meet her Filipino fans at the New Frontier Theater in Cubao, Quezon City.

The Korean star is well-known for playing the character of Kang Sae-Byeok or player number 067 in the 2021 hit Netflix series Squid Game.
