Remember the twins who rose to fame with their hit jingle for a shampoo commercial?
Jaja and Boomboom Gonzales were the most popular twins in 2004 thanks to their Rejoice shampoo commercial jingle “Sunod sa Galaw.”
The 22-year-old Katrina and Kristine Gonzales did hosting in the now-defunct noontime show 'Magandang Tanghali Bayan' and tried out acting in an afternoon sitcom 'Maid in Heaven' in the Kapamilya network.
The twins took a quick break from showbiz and then transferred to the Kapuso network. They starred in QTV-11's sitcom 'Laugh to Laugh' as Lotlot and Letlet. They were also part of the third installment of telefantasya 'Encantadia: Pag-ibig Hanggang Wakas' as Luntian and Violeta in 2006.
In 2009, Jaja went back to her home network to star in Anne Curtis's romantic-comedy series 'The Wedding' while Boomboom continue to appear in talk shows and supporting roles in drama shows.
After more than a decade after their shampoo commercial, Boomboom and Jaja still look beautiful and radiant as ever as accomplished married women with beautiful families of their own.
Jaja (Katrina) got married in 2014. Her Matron of Honor? Of course, her twin sister, Boomboom (Kristine).
The wedding photographer said Katrina was the happiest woman during her wedding day.
Jaja became Mrs. Juan Carlos Cristi Bernabe in 2014.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernabe are blessed with two kids.
The Bernabe Family seem to enjoy out-of-the-country trips as seen in their social media accounts.
Meanwhile, Boomboom got married ahead of her twin to Parañaque City Councilor Juvan Esplana.
The former actress who's now married to a politician enjoys family life with their three children.
The Esplana couple loves to throw themed birthday parties for their kids.
Boomboom didn't exactly get out of the limelight. After her exposure in showbiz, she is now involved in her husband's political activities as a public servant. She even bumped into 'Kambal, Karibal' star Jean Garcia.
