IU and Jungkook of global group BTS landed spots in the 200 Greatest Singers of All Time List of Rolling Stone.

According to the magazine, it focused on “originality, influence, the depth of an artist's catalog, and the breadth of their musical legacy” of those in the list.

IU ranked 135th on the list. Rolling Stone said she has “become one of the most highly regarded vocalists in South Korean music.”

It continued, “Despite having a soft voice, she has a wide range, a powerful delivery, and a versatility that's allowed her to move easily from bossa nova to Nineties chamber pop and from jazz to ballads.”

IU is known for her hits, “BBIBBI,” “LILAC,” “strawberry moon,” among others.

Meanwhile, the vocalist and the “golden maknae” of BTS, Jungkook, bagged the 191st spot. The magazine described him as a “strong performer” and an “extremely gifted singer.”

“He hits high notes with ease and harmonizes with his members effortlessly, always giving his audience new ad-libs and unexpected vocal riffs to keep things interesting,” Rolling Stone added.

Jungkook is the voice behind “Dreamers,” the official song of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He also recently collaborated with Charlie Puth for the chart-topping “Left and Right.”

His solo tracks in BTS's albums are “Begin,” “Euphoria,” and “My Time.”

Aretha Franklin topped the Rolling Stone's 200 Greatest Singers of All Time list.
