Marian Rivera is ready to get back into acting by next year.
Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera is ready to do acting projects again in 2024.
In an interview on Updated, with Nelson Canlas, Marian revealed that she is set to do a show.
“Definitely, sana makita na nila ako. Sana matuloy 'tong project na 'to. And then, may mga gagawin ako sa regional kaya abangan nila ako,” she said.
Marian refused to give further details about the said project because she wanted to make sure first that the project pushes through before she talk about it.
"Sayang naman di ba?” she commented.
Marian was last seen on TV portraying the character of Bb. Minerva Henerala on GMA Telebabad series titled Super Ma'am in 2018, before she gave birth to her second child named Sixto.
She admitted, however, that even though her kids, Zia and Sixto, have grown up, they remain at the top of her priorities, which means she can't go back into showbiz full-time.
“Time management talaga is very important kaya sisiguraduhin kong maayos 'yan,” she added.
In a previous interview, the Tadhana host admitted that she chose to take care of her family over her career. She admitted that she initially had a hard time balancing them. But then, she decided to focus on her family first, which made it easier.
“Malinaw sa 'kin na family talaga ang priority ko which is my husband at tsaka yung dalawang anak ko. So as long as kailangan ako ng family ko, family muna,” she said.
Meanwhile, even though she does TV ads with Zia and Sixto, Marian said that she does not see herself doing a full project with her kids.
“As of now, wala muna, they're too young. Siguro mas maganda na, uy, okay na 'yong TVC. Okay na sa akin 'yon na makasama sila. Tingnan natin paglaki,” she said.
The actress clarified though that it's still the kids' decision and that she and her husband, Dingdong Dantes, will be there to support them.
As for actors she wants to work with, “Mahirap mag-pick, e, mag-handpick, minsan parang, 'Ah okay,' minsan parang first time mo makatrabaho, 'Wow okay pala siyang ka-trabaho.' So ako, I'm very welcome na makatrabaho ang hindi ko pa nakakatrabaho,” she added.
