SEVENTEEN's BSS drops energetic 'Fighting' music video

By Jashley Ann Cruz

It's a special February 6th for Carats as SEVENTEEN's quirky unit BSS comprising Seungkwan, DK, and Hoshi have officially made their comeback with the release of their album SECOND WIND and its title track's music video.

Fighting” featuring Korean rapper Lee Youngji is the title of the first track and cements BooSeokSoon's trademark energetic and playful sound. As per the recommendation of BSS members, the song is best played during the morning of a work day.

The lyrics, written by SEVENTEEN's vocal boss Woozi, leader S.Coups, producer BUMZU, and BSS members Hoshi, DK, and Seungkwan, acknowledge the overall mood of an adult working a 9 to 5. Despite the weariness and uncertainty, BSS gives everyone an extra lift and encourages them to keep on fighting.

The accompanying music video shows a lively and spirited Hoshi, DK, and Seungkwan dancing on the road, in an office, in a coffee shop, and in a hallway of a dorm. Korean rapper Lee Youngji also had her moment and rapped as BSS danced in the background.

Apart from “Fighting,” BSS also released their first single album SECOND WIND which comprises songs “Fighting,” “LUNCH,” and “7PM” featuring talented Norwegian artist Peder Elias. What's the best time to listen to each track? BSS's recommended timeslot is in their titles itself.

Carats could not hide their happiness over the new album BSS has gifted them with. Finally, some SEVENTEEN music to keep us sane all throughout a work day!

Congratulations, Hoshi, DK, and Seungkwan!
