The special album contains two versions of the eponymous title track (one featuring easpa's Winter and the other is Yesung's solo version), as well as his new self-written song "Mother."
According to Yesung, he had been preparing for the album Sensory Flows and its special edition Floral Sense for a long time. He also said that he tried his best to put as much of himself into the albums.
In Sensory Flows, he wanted to express his sensibilities to the fans and to emphasize his blooming sensibilities in Floral Sense.
