Bella Padilla clarifies alleged snubbing incident at Harry Styles concert

By Aaron Brennt Eusebio

Bela Padilla became the talk of the town after a certain user on Twitter called her snub as she allegedly gave the public an angry squint at the concert of international star Harry Styles at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on Tuesday, March 14.

After the concert, a Twitter user said Bella disappointed the fans who wanted to take photos with her.

The tweet read, "Super nakaka-disappoint si bela padilla kagabi huhu she was such a c*nt."

In a another tweet, the user initially defended the earlier statement.

"Pls 'yung mga locals na nakakita ng tweet about ko kay bela na sinasabi na 'di lang napagbigyan' GRL NOOOO bago pa kami magpapic POLITELY (said hello and pls AND WE WERE SO HAPPY TO SEE HER TOO) bago pa kami lumapit sa kanya nakatayo lang kami ng friend ko sa gilid niya, pinapanood kung paano siya magn irap at mairita sa mga nag approach sa kanya."

The tweets didn't go unnoticed as Bela defended herself.

She replied, "Such a lie. I took photos with soooo many people. You must've treated me a certain way. Also, don't call people c*nts with no context. May I remind you, I'm a fan who paid for my ticket with NO obligation to take photos with people who treat me rudely."

"Lahat? Did you meet everyone else who engaged with me and treated me like a person before shoving a phone in my face? You are out of line here.

“Now, if you asked me to take a photo while I was clearly talking to my 4 friends that I met there, I would've replied 'sorry were talking, let's take it later.' The people around me can attest to that, any thing you add on, will be mostly fabricated. I went to a concert, PERIOD.”

Bela added that she, in fact, took pictures with the guards, vendors, and fellow Harry Styles fans before the concert.

"I gave away tickets because I didn't think I'd be here. Luckily I had to extend. I went there at 3 pm cause I drove myself, a friend and a fan. Took photos with guards, fans, vendors since 3. If you caught me at 6 onwards, I was tired. I'm a fan wanting to dance too and I did."

Bela also cleared that she did not roll her eyes, and explained that it was not her attitude.

“Girl, ask the 4 people I was with if I rolled my eyes EVER. Hindi ko ugali mangirap. When I'm stressed or tired, I stop smiling, but I don't roll my eyes. That's so not me. Look, you can't even say this from your real account where you can be held accountable.”

Later on, Bela said that the original poster already apologized to her personally.

"Because you deleted your original post and went private (and apologised personally, which I appreciate...) I will delete my replies to you. TPWK and again, be mindful of your words," she tweeted.

TPWK means "treat people with kindness," which is the title of one of Harry Styles' song.

Aside from Bela, many celebrities also flocked to Bulacan to watch the former One Direction member perform his hit songs like couples Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos and Ruru Madrid and Bianca Umali, and Kyline Alcantara.
