Red is ready to sow chaos into the life of his arch rival Atoy in The Master Cutter.
The main kontrabida of Dingdong Dantes in the brand-new GMA Prime series will be played by versatile actor Paolo Contis.
In his interview with 24 Oras, Paolo stated that working with Dingdong on their fight scenes was smooth-sailing since they have done it previously in Atlantika in 2006.
Pao played the character of Piranus in the primetime series.
“Mas okay kasi hindi kami nagkakailangan e, may mga times, you know, susuntok ka. Hindi ka takot makaaksidente kasi you know the guy,” the Sparkle actor told Aubrey Carampel.
He added, “Ilang fight scenes na 'yung pinagdaanan namin dalawa with Atlantika pa lang. So, mas confident ka.”

Meanwhile, Paolo shared with GMANetwork.com that he is so impressed with their pilot week episodes and despite TV shows currently facing some headwinds, the people behind The Master Cutter delivered a quality program for the audience.
Pao said, “'Yung mga shows ngayon, let's face it, we are struggling 'di ba, to keep it big. Siyempre, nagkakaroon tayo ng mga budget cuts.
“Pero this one is great! It's very big and I'm very happy to be part of the show. And alam kong tama si Dong [Dingdong Dantes], lagi niyang sinasabi na hindi lang ito pinaghirapan lang ng mga artista, pinaghirapan ito ng lahat. So, I'm very happy to be part of it.”
