"Most fitness professionals work on a 'no work, no pay' basis. So it was a bit of a catastrophe because that was how I was making money. I was cut off, and I didn't have any other source of income."

Aniya, "I come from the Middle East, and hummus is really healthy and everybody loves it. Maybe I can provide the taste from back home to Filipinos."

Payo rin niya, "If you are stuck at home and you don't have any fitness tools, the best thing you can do is stay active using your body.
"There's a form of training called calisthenics, which is using the body for resistance training. You can do different kinds of push-ups or planks."
