Tinapa Spaghetti

Armando B. Gozo, a cost accountant from Southern Leyte recently shared his one-of-a-kind spaghetti recipe, which uses tinapa instead of ground pork or beef.

He reportedly learned this recipe from a TV show and even competed in a company-cooking contest using this creative recipe.

To recreate Armando's Tinapa Spaghetti, you'll need the following:

1. olive oil
2. garlic
3. onion
4. tomatoes
5. mushroom
6. carrots
7. spaghetti sauce
8. salt
9. pepper
10. condensed milk
11. cheese
12. pasta
13. tinapa

Armando also uses a secret ingredient, which looks like a broth cube or bouillon cube.
